How Woo Are You, Really?

There are levels to this. At one end, you have the woman who owns one crystal because somebody gave it to her for her birthday, and she's not entirely sure what it's meant to do.
Then there's the woman who knows when the full moon is because Instagram told her. Then suddenly there's a tarot deck in the house. And another one. And somehow she's explaining Mercury retrograde to somebody in Tesco.
Things can escalate quickly.
I think that's why I love the woo so much. You can come into it from absolutely anywhere. Maybe you're curious about manifestation, or Reiki is what got you interested. Maybe you had one coincidence that was just a bit too specific and you can't stop thinking about it. Maybe you've always had a gut feeling about people and never known what to call it. Or maybe you just like candles, crystals and the moon, and would quite like life to feel a bit less beige. All valid.
I also think people make spirituality far too serious sometimes. You don't need to wake up at 5am or meditate for an hour. You don't need to know every tarot card, every crystal, every chakra and every moon phase before you're allowed to be interested.
You can believe in energy and still be annoyed that someone's left wet towels on the floor. You can journal and still lose the plot. You can ask the universe for a sign and then completely ignore it because you don't like the answer.
Very spiritual. Very human.
For me, the interesting bit isn't trying to become the most mystical person in the room. It's noticing more. Trying things, paying attention to what changes how you feel, and trusting yourself a little more. Keeping the bits that help and leaving the bits that don't.
That's what I want this space to be.
Curiosity first. No proving anything, no pretending you know more than you do, and no requirement to disappear into the woods in a linen dress. Unless you want to, obviously. So where are you? One crystal and curious? Tarot deck in a drawer? Already checking the moon phase before making major life decisions? Or fully living in the woo and wondering how you got here?
Tell me in the comments.
